• Pricing includes the professional subtotal, platform fee, and GST on the fee.

• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

• Refunds follow the cancellation policy (tiers are configurable on the platform).

• Download receipts from completed bookings in your dashboard.

• Use the visit verification code to confirm identity at the door.
