Do you take a commission per booking?

Yes — CareStride operates on a transparent commission model. Exact percentages are shared during onboarding verification, based on booking type and volume tier.

Can our professionals also take direct independent bookings on CareStride?

Professionals affiliated with your agency have their bookings tagged AGENCY_ROSTER. A separate independent profile is not allowed while the agency affiliation is active — this keeps attribution and liability clear.

What happens to grievances?

Grievances run through CareStride's grievance system first, with your agency notified immediately for any complaint against your professionals. Resolution workflow is shared — CareStride handles family communication, your agency handles professional-side response. Timelines are published.

Who owns the family relationship?

CareStride holds the platform relationship with the family. Your professionals hold the care relationship. Your agency brand stays visible to families who book from your roster. Repeat bookings route through the platform — not direct family-agency messaging — to keep the grievance and quality layer intact.

How quickly can we onboard?

Verification typically takes 7–14 days from document submission. Roster onboarding happens in batches of 5 professionals at a time. First live bookings usually within 21 days of starting the process.
