Delete your CareStride account

CareStride is operated by Micro Pixel Private Limited. This page explains how to request deletion of your CareStride account and the personal data associated with it.

How to request deletion

1. In the CareStride app — Profile → Privacy & data → Delete my account.
2. On the web — sign in and go to carestride.health/account/privacy, then use the "Delete my account" section.
3. By email — write to [email protected] from the email address or phone number registered on your account. We may need to verify your identity first.

What happens next

Request permanent deletion of your personal data. Reviewed by our team within 7 business days.

What is deleted

• Profile and contact details
• Saved addresses
• Care-recipient profiles and medical notes
• Uploaded documents and photos
• In-app messages
• Device identifiers and push tokens
• Marketing and communication preferences

What is retained, and why

Account deleted and personal data anonymised. Tax and accounting records are retained for 8 years, safety incident and SOS records for 7 years, consent acknowledgments for 7 years, booking records (anonymised) for 5 years, and grievance records for 3 years, as set out in the CareStride Privacy Policy.

Retained records are unlinked from your profile where the law allows.
